2 bedrooms: $431,345 (down 1.6 % from last week)

 3 bedrooms: $726, 023 (up 0.3% from last week)

 4 bedrooms: $1,089,246 (up 1.0% from last week)

The average listing price for all homes was: $1,293,533 (up 0.9% from last week)

The average sales price for all homes from June to August was $646,345, for an average square foot price of $212; 29 homes were sold during that period, according to Trulia.

CLARENDON HILLS’ average listing prices for the week ending Sept. 17, according to stats compiled by real estate search engine Trulia:

2 bedrooms: $279,813 (down 0.4% from last week)

3 bedrooms: $409,610 (down 0.6% from last week)

4 bedrooms: $851,225 (down 0.8% from last week)
The average listing price for all homes was: $684,635 (up 1.2% from last week)
The average sales price for all homes from June to August was $732,833 and 33 homes were sold during that period, according to Trulia.

 

 

HINSDALE’S average listing prices for the week ending Sept. 17, according to stats compiled by real estate search engine Trulia:

2 bedrooms: $349, 342 (up 2.4% from last week)

3 bedrooms: $575,579 (up 2.9% from last week)
4 bedrooms: $1,207,271 (down 0.1% from last week)
The average listing price for all homes was: $1,256,921 (up 0.4% from last week)

The average sales price for all homes from June to August was $1,034,775, which is an average square foot price of $451; and 69 homes were sold during that period, according to Trulia.

OAK BROOK’S average listing prices for the week ending Sept. 17, according to stats compiled by real estate search engine  Trulia:

1 bedroom: $163,236 (up 3.7 percent from last week)
2 bedrooms: $511,971 (up 0.8% from last week)
3 bedrooms: $727,306 (down 1.9% from last week)
4 bedrooms: $1,345,774 (no percentage change from last week)

The average listing price for all homes was: $1,083,201 (down 0.6% from last week)

The average sales price for all homes from June to August was $620,056 and 18 homes were sold during that period, according to Trulia.
